We need your help to make our Craft and Gift Fair a success!

  • Friday, Dec. 6, 2024  3:00pm - 8:00pm​

    • Mark Cafeteria, lawn and lanai spaces​

  • Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024    9:00pm - 10:30 pm

    • Mark Gym spaces​

  • Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024

    • 5:30am - 10:00am​

      • Parking Lot ​

      • Oversee student volunteers

        • ​Put up signs, cones, etc.​
        • Direct vendor traffic on Pensacola Street
        • Direct vendors to appropriate unloading zones and parking​

    • 9:30am - 3:00pm

      • Parking Lot​

      • Oversee student voluteers

        • manage traffic in loading zones​

        • Take down signs, put away cones, etc.

    • 5:45am - 9:00am

      • Unloading Zone Supervision​

        • Oversee student volunteers​

          • help vendors unload​

          • assist in moving merchandise to their booths

          • direct to appropriate parking area

    • 11:45am - 3:00pm

      • Loading Zone supervision​

        • Oversee student volunteers​

          • assist in moving merchandise to the loading zones​

          • help vendors load

    • 6:00am - 10:45am

      • Hospitality​

        • set up refreshments, make coffee

        • monitor refreshments for vendors and volunteers​

    • 10:30am - 2:15pm

      • Hospitality​

        • monitor refreshments for vendors and volunteers

        • clean up 

    • 7:00am - 10:30am

      • White Tiger​

        • set up booth (all donations should be in the band room)​

        • monitor student volunteers

        • mann the cash box (get from Jennifer N. before start)

    • 10:30am - 2:30pm

      • Gift Wrapping​

      • Gift Wrapping

      • Regal Fundraiser Pick-up​

        • Set up booth - delivery will be made in the back parking lot​

        • cashier-monitor pick up

        • new sales-limited amount will be for sale

        • clean up and take leftovers to the bandroom

    • 8:00am - 1:30pm

      • Bento Sales & Delivery​

        • Set up booth​ (get cash box from Jennifer N.)

        • get bento from culinary department (Mr. Yamagata)

        • monitor student volunteers

        • deliver pre-ordered bento to vendors

        • Clean up booth (return cash box to Jennifer N.)

  • Request for baked goods, snacks, etc. for hospitality

    • 6:00am - 7:00am

      • Bring to Hospitality booth ​
